Shipping Information

The estimated delivery time and shipping fees from Shoes & Shirts vary per region. We are dependent on the delivery times of the carrier, but many countries are eligible for next-day and two-day delivery services.

The exact delivery costs will be shown once you are in process of purchasing a product.

Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an email stating a track & trace number, so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

All items are insured whilst in transit from Shoes & Shirts to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note with the courier when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
