We are rather fond of split-toe derbies as they can range from extremely elegant to quite round, while all sharing the distinctive toe and apron. The Hardwick is rather elegant as it is made on the 341 last, this particular last has to be one of Crockett & Jones' most balanced lasts as it takes some of the best attributes of more contemporary lasts and classic lasts - resulting in a last that is neither too round nor too long.
