Upon completion a finished pair represents nearly 32 hours of meticulous handwork. After eight weeks of craftsmanship, the shoes are anxious to see the world. Bontoni uses the highest quality leathers from the most reputable tanneries from the Italian "Le Marche" region. All the shoes are sized by 1/3 of a centimetre and completely coloured by hand., These shoes make the best of both "shoe worlds": an English goodyear welted or even hand-welted construction on an Italian last.
