Orders

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Yes, and you will also benefit from it; if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Shoes & Shirts account:
    • Save your address and card details for faster shopping
    • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

  • Can I order items thar are currently not in stock?
    Shoes & Shirts does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase. You can always contact us via sales@shoesandshirts.nl to request more information about a product that is not available in your size and for information on the order time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Within 12 hours of ordering, you can cancel your order by sending an email to info@shoesandshirts.nl. There won’t be any charges. Once the order has been shipped, you will have to pay for return shipment.

  • How do I make a purchase?

    Purchasing at Shoes & Shirts is easy:
    If you know what you are looking for, use the SHOES , SHIRTS and/or ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop by browsing via the search engine, click on the magnifying glass and type what your ar looking for.
    Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath.
    Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can add more products and continue shopping or use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
    Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

  • How do I know if an item is on stock?

    Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock. If you have special requests concerning sizing and availability, please call or email our Customer Care department. Shoes & Shirts does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.

Account

  • How do I reset my password?
    If you have forgotten your password, request a new password online and we send your new password via email, which you can reset afterwards again.

Payments

  • What payment methods does Shoes & Shirts accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and IDEAL payments. Besides we also accept payments with the Shoes & Shirts gift cards, but this currently only possible in our stores in Maastricht.

    At Shoes & Shirts, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Ingenico payment services.

  • Why has my payment failed?
    There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. Deliveries

  • Is my package insured?

    Not all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Shoes & Shirts to the shipping address, depending on the order amount. But once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for (if the package has been send for registration or insured), they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

  • Can I add items to an existing order?
    It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. Please send an email to sales@shoesandshirts.nl and we can see what the possibilities are to manually combine orders.
  • Post office boxes & Freight Forwarding?
    Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and we do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
